Whether you are a female, young professional, non-local, minority, and beyond, it can be a struggle to have your voice be heard. However, it takes all of us to be a part of the solution. This Brown Bag will explore the barriers marginalized individuals face and provide ideas for fostering inclusion, amplifying voices, and building a sense of belonging in local communities.
