The 2026 Winter Manager's Meeting & Leadership Forum will be hosted in Harrisburg on Tuesday, February 24 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The Leadership Forum will take place from 10:30 am to noon but attendees are encouraged to come for the entire day of training. The meetings will take place at Harrisburg University located at 326 Market Street. Parking is available in the lower level of the university. These meetings are intended for community revitalization program managers and are provided at no charge for DCED designated organizations and PDC recognized members. Breakfast will be provided by PDC. Lunch will be on your own in downtown Harrisburg. Lunch recommenations will be provided.
A fee of $50 will be charged for PDC Members. There is no fee for Main Street Matters Designated Programs. Attendees must be a PDC Member.
