The Winter 2026 Downtown 101 will take place in Harrisburg on February 23 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. It will be held in the Rural Electric Association bulding located at 212 Locust Street with a public parking lot (cash only) across the street or in a public parking garage located beside the building at 214 Locust Street. Other options include two garages within a two-block radius at 218 N 2nd Street and 215 Walnut Street. On-street metered parking is also available. A working lunch will be provided by the PDC. This workshop is for new managers, board members or community members interested in community revitalization. Attendees will receive an overview of the Main Street Approach.
For Main Street Matters Designated Programs, there is no charge for the Downtown 101. A fee of $50 will be charged to PDC Members and $100 to Non-PDC Members. Payment can be made when registering for the course. For more information contact Emma Hudson at emmahudson@padowntown.org.
